Today, apart from his own businesses, he is also supporting mid size corporate in legal, human resources and quality management system. He is also an advisor for a group of academic institutions in India engaged in imparting professional education. He has helped several youths in setting up new enterprise and has guided them in running their day to day operations in a structured manner. He has done his Doctorate in Management Studies, Masters in Commerce, Masters in Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management, Bachelors in Commerce and Bachelors in General Law. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and an ISO 9000 Certified Lead Assessor. He has contributed papers in international seminars on varied topics. He is member of Indian Institute of Bankers, Indian Didactics Association and Indian Trainers Association.
